Process Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Pilot the control of manufacturing processes, including monitoring plans, process FMEA (AMDEC), and capability studies (Cp/Cpk)
• Support methods and production teams in process development, including settings, validation, and industrialization files
• Monitor field quality indicators such as scrap rates, PPM, compliance rates, and SPC
• Contribute to internal and external process audits for clients and certifications
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, EN9100, and IRIS

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Bac+5 in Quality, Production, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in process quality, industrialization, or production within demanding sectors (Aeronautics, Automotive, Defense, or Railway)
• Mastery of quality and problem-solving tools: AMDEC (FMEA), 8D, QRQC, and SPC
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills for field interaction
• Proficiency in technical English
