Process PTM

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial technologies and the industrial network for the PTM perimeter, including plants, production, and industrialization.
• Lead and animate the Process Expertise Center to coordinate interfaces between various platforms and other expertise centers.
• Define standard processes in alignment with TDP and validate process suppliers, tools, and equipment.
• Manage and validate industrialization projects with support from subject matter experts.
• Define the industrial plan for the Product Group in line with the MTP.
• Drive standardization programs for products and processes on a worldwide scale.
• Master site industrial performance, focusing on deliveries, lead times, quality, and asset utilization.
• Support manufacturing sites during ramp-up phases and address process-related issues.
• Define program allocation to plants and manage equipment transfers within the product group.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing industrial technologies and industrialization projects.
• Ability to coordinate process expertise centers and manage complex industrial networks.
• Expertise in defining and implementing standard industrial processes.
• Strong capability in monitoring and improving site industrial performance and quality metrics.
• Experience in budget management and program allocation within a manufacturing environment.
