Process Project Team Member

Responsibilities

• Define and implement industrialization standards for electronic control units and domain controllers in collaboration with product lines
• Create requirements specifications for assembly processes in coordination with R&D
• Manage the procurement and maintenance of assembly equipment and systems
• Act as an Industrial Engineering member within project teams
• Prepare for and participate in customer audits
• Plan and monitor necessary corrections during product and process launches
• Maintain standard documentation, including FMEA
• Coordinate product and process changes
• Implement measures to increase equipment efficiency

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Production, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in automation technology (assembly/testing systems) within a production environment
• Knowledge and application of the RAISE methodology and industrial standards
• Strong initiative, coordination skills, and ability to work effectively in a team
• Fluent English communication skills
