Process Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to define project specifications
• Assist in negotiating contracts with external vendors and subcontractors
• Help secure necessary permits and licenses from regulatory authorities
• Determine required resources including manpower, equipment, and materials within budget
• Plan and schedule project operations to ensure deadlines are met
• Lead project interactions with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager focusing on industrial projects
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Knowledge of food industry manufacturing and packaging processes
• Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Science, or a related field
• Right to work in Australia
• Availability for business trips and project-related relocations

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification
