Process & Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation, validation, and documentation of new and existing processes
• Provide support to the CNC department through programming, set-up, and troubleshooting
• Manage released machines, tools, and processes
• Provide process documentation including work instructions, box counts, and operator training documents
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Diagrams
• Perform competitive analysis to identify production method improvements
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in a CNC setting
• Experience with automated machinery
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Proficiency with Solidworks and/or equivalent 3D modeling software
• Experience with PFMEA, PFD, and control plans
• CNC programming utilizing CAD/CAM software, preferably ESPRIT
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
