About the role
Responsibilities
- Own PCBA milling and ADC laser cleaning process readiness
- Support NPI and ECR production readiness, design approval, line build, installation, and line release
- Troubleshoot machine downtime and guide issue resolution
- Drive defect analysis using 7QC tools and PDCA
- Improve utilization, poka-yoke, CIP, PFMEA, CP, FPY, and CT reduction
- Coordinate audits, capability, calibration, validation, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- BE in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die Engineering
- Strong knowledge of PCBA milling, tooling, fixtures, laser cleaning, and PCBA cleaning
- Experience with root cause analysis, DOE, PDCA, FMEA, and process capability
- Ability to create dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
- Independent specialist with coaching capability
