Process Optimization Specialist

Responsibilities

• Map current sales operational processes to identify bottlenecks, rework, and data quality gaps
• Design standardized workflows, templates, and SOPs to reduce cycle time and improve accuracy
• Automate the creation of recurring deliverables and presentations by pulling structured data from CRM
• Improve CRM data integrity through validations, guided entry, and monitoring routines
• Support and improve integrations between CRM and key business tools
• Build dashboards, reports, and alerts that translate sales activity into actionable insights
• Drive user adoption through enablement sessions, job aids, and change management

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Systems, or Business Analytics
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar)
• Proven track record of streamlining processes and implementing automations
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application to sales workflows
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both operational and executive stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Proficiency in SQL and analytics tooling such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with ETL pipeline development and data architecture design
• Hands-on experience building AI-specific solutions, such as integrating LLM APIs or prompt engineering pipelines
• Process improvement certification (Lean, Six Sigma) or familiarity with BPMN
