Process Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate complex, manually controlled chemical feed and recovery systems
• Monitor and adjust system parameters to meet quality standards
• Perform quality control checks, including leak checks and flow testing using handheld and automated equipment
• Move, empty, and fill vessels as required by the manufacturing process
• Conduct daily maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of equipment
• Maintain accurate data logs for inventory control and quality assurance
• Assist in troubleshooting machine operations to improve efficiency
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with company safety policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and write in English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members regarding batch status and updates
• Completion of all site-specific safety training

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or plant experience
• Forklift operation experience
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with plant control systems
