Process Operator

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production processes to ensure continuous operation of the facility
• Assess deviations in process and equipment performance and take necessary corrective actions
• Identify potential safety, environmental, and quality issues at an early stage
• Interpret analysis results and adjust factory conditions accordingly
• Utilize innovative and digital tools for both indoor and outdoor plant operations
• Maintain clear and accurate reporting during and at the end of shifts
• Collaborate closely with the maintenance organization during equipment malfunctions
• Ensure all executing services work in accordance with work permits and safety conditions

Requirements

• Completed Allround Operationeel Technicus level 4, Proces Operator C, or equivalent VAPRO C (theory and practice) diploma
• Proven experience with solution-oriented thinking
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Willingness to work in a 2-2-2 continuous shift rotation
