Process Operator

Responsibilities

• Produce natural colors, including mixing, bulk product tapping, and warehouse-related tasks
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and follow GMP standards
• Clean and maintain process equipment
• Register production data in SAP
• Collaborate with Distribution, Maintenance, QC, and QA teams
• Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and productivity

Requirements

• Vocational education in food production or prior experience in the food industry
• Valid driver's license (category B)
• Forklift certificate preferred but not required
• Interest in processes and technical understanding
• Familiarity with IT systems such as SAP HANA/EWM and Windows
• Comfortable with physical activity and structured, responsible work habits
• Strong collaborative mindset across colleagues and functions
