Process Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment within the manufacturing environment
• Measure and control product quality to ensure conformance to established standards
• Read and apply technical specifications to determine optimal equipment settings
• Maintain accurate processing reports, batch records, and databases
• Identify and label all production materials in process
• Report production status, problems, and deviations to the shift supervisor
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain department housekeeping standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience or similar
• Ability to service and assemble manufacturing equipment (e.g., industrial vibratory screening units)
• Proficiency in English (reading and verbal comprehension)
• Basic math skills for calculating weight and volume (e.g., kilograms, pounds, gallons)
• Ability to operate forklifts
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Trades School diploma or Associate's degree
• Experience working with electric hoists or cranes
