Process Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform daily aseptic and manual production processes
• Work in a cleanroom lab environment (grade A/B/C/D)
• Execute production steps such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products
• Manage equipment through inspections and maintenance
• Perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials
• Support transitions between production zones

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical or biotechnological sciences or a related field
• Or relevant experience in cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or chemical processing
• Fluency in English
• Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately and diligently with high attention to detail
• Effective communication and team player mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
• Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) operations
