About the Company

Responsibilities

• Support the daily aseptic and manual production process in a Grade A/B/C/D environment
• Perform specific production steps including spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products
• Follow strict aseptic practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure sterility and quality
• Work within a shift system (no nights, but includes weekend work)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical or biotechnological sciences or a related field
• Fluency in Dutch and/or English
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a structured environment
• Ability to work in a diverse, international team
