Process Operator I

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate machinery and equipment to ensure quality and compliance with standard operating procedures
• Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding Safety, Environment, Quality, and Food Safety (GMP, HACCP)
• Maintain safety standards and follow emergency procedures when necessary
• Perform cleaning and sanitization of the work environment
• Handle material movement, including palletizing 15kg/20kg bags and Big Bags (400kg, 500kg, and 750kg)
• Act in various roles within the area to support production line stages

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Availability to work a 6x2 shift schedule
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (14:20 to 22:40)
• Proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical course in electricity, instrumentation, mechanics, or mechatronics
• Previous experience in a production environment
