Process Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform weighing of raw materials according to required quantities
• Operate machinery for sewing and palletizing bags
• Execute production procedures and maintain industrial safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Verify the readiness of assigned production lines
• Handle raw material bags weighing up to 25kg
• Manage inventory and perform basic mathematical calculations
• Prepare inputs, implements, and equipment to supply and start departmental processes
• Pack, classify, and store finished products for dispatch
• Monitor production levels and product quality

Requirements

• Completed primary school education or higher
• Ability to read and write in Spanish without difficulty
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Minimum of 3 months of experience working in a production plant
• Experience working with inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, or chemicals using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Availability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with prior notice
