Process Operator B

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control, and adjust complex production processes from both the control room (panel) and the factory floor (field)
• Perform control rounds focused on safety, quality, and process continuity
• Identify, analyze, and resolve malfunctions and process deviations
• Secure installations for maintenance activities using LOTO procedures
• Execute first-line maintenance tasks and take product samples for standardized analysis
• Register production data, batch reports, and work orders
• Work in accordance with safety, environmental, and quality guidelines (VCA, HACCP, GMP, and ISO)
• Collaborate with fellow operators, technologists, mechanics, and shift managers

Requirements

• MBO-3 level of thinking and working, preferably in process technology or a similar technical field
• VAPRO B diploma or relevant experience as an operator in a technical production environment
• Fluency in the Dutch language for safety, procedures, and training purposes
• Willingness to work in a continuous 5-shift system
• VCA certificate or the willingness to obtain one through Corbion
• Proactive and responsible attitude with strong technical insight
• Strong team mentality and communication skills
