Process & Operational Excellence Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall deployment of Lean Transformation initiatives and continuous improvement practices.
• Guide current and future state design, implementation plans, and value impact in cooperation with business unit experts.
• Develop strong partnerships with Business Unit leaders to integrate continuous improvement into their specific organizational priorities.
• Utilize standard Lean and problem-solving tools to drive consistent standards across Value Streams or Functions.
• Deliver performance objectives as defined in project charters and ensure successful delivery of agreed Lean standards.
• Facilitate training and problem-solving workshops for senior managers and teams.
• Coach senior leaders, managers, and teams on Lean tools, techniques, and management routines to sustain continuous improvement.
• Provide regular continuous improvement updates and performance reports to Senior Leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Lean practitioner with a proven track record of supporting organizational change.
• Experience within the Financial Services or Insurance industry.
• Proficiency in core Lean tools and methodologies, including process mapping, data collection, root cause analysis, and performance management frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience as a qualified Lean or Process Improvement leader.
• Strong project or program management proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to senior leaders.
• Ability to work autonomously, handle changing priorities, and maintain focus in challenging situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic degree.
• Relevant business improvement certifications such as LSS Black Belt or Lean Competency System.
• Project or Programme Management qualifications such as Prince2, Scrum Master, or Agile PM.
