Process Modelling Analyst

Responsibilities

• Apply BPM methodology to document, analyze, and improve business processes
• Create and maintain process models, maps, workflows, and business rules
• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
• Support process mining activities, including data extraction, transformation, and integration
• Merge, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using SQL, ETL tools, or Python
• Collaborate with global IT, data, and business teams to support modeling and analytics initiatives
• Translate business requirements into platform configurations and data requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in process modeling, BPM, or data analysis
• Hands-on experience with Celonis and/or SAP Signavio
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Familiarity with ETL processes and scripting languages such as Python
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work with global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of business processes like Order-to-Cash or Purchase-to-Pay
• Experience with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, or SAP HANA
• Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud
• Certification in BPMN, process mining, or data engineering
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
