About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare assembly charts and manage CAD data, FPR standards, and PR check standards
- Perform part trajectory studies, GOS creation, and FOP creation in Pro APR
- Conduct part trajectory simulations to validate entry/exit paths, clearance, and feasibility
- Execute ergonomic simulations to check operator posture, reachability, and cycle-time compliance
- Perform assembly sequence simulations to confirm build order and accessibility
- Conduct benchmarking studies, torque derogation analysis, and small tools development
- Track project activities and report risks, issues, and mitigation actions to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, safety standards, and audit expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 3 to 7 years of experience in process and methods engineering
- Proficiency in assembly chart preparation and FPR standards
- Hands-on experience with part trajectory, ergonomic, and assembly sequence simulations
- Knowledge of GOS creation and FOP creation processes
