Process & Methods Engineer

Responsibilities

• Draft and update manufacturing and assembly cycles for structural, system, and electrical assemblies
• Develop and manage Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM)
• Define and maintain work cycles for components involving cold plastic deformation, machining, non-metallic materials, and assembly processes
• Optimize production methodologies to ensure consistency between technical documentation and industrial technologies
• Define operational sequences, required equipment, and production activity distribution to meet quality, cost, and lead time targets
• Prepare and update technical production documentation and operating instructions
• Support industrialization activities and continuous improvement of production processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• At least 2 years of experience in methods, industrialization, or production processes
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal, welding, structural assembly, or electrical installations
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product documentation
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 or similar CAD design tools
• Experience managing BOM/MBOM and work cycles
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Fluency in Italian and good command of the English language
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
