Process & Methods Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage powertrain process or production engineering tasks within engine or gearbox assembly lines
• Address and resolve quality issues within the process line to minimize impact on powertrain and vehicle quality
• Lead new project installations, including the commissioning of powertrain assembly lines
• Implement quality control measures including POS, MQA, Control Plans, and Poka-Yoke
• Prepare QC Stories and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Powertrain Process or Production Engineering (or 3 to 6 years if holding a Diploma)
• Proven experience in Engine or Gearbox Assembly lines
• Expertise in new project installation and commissioning processes
• Strong knowledge of POS, MQA, Control Plan, and Poka-Yoke implementation
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Bachelor's degree or relevant Diploma with equivalent professional experience
