Process & Manufacturing Engineering Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the process and manufacturing engineering team in Bursa
• Define and update functional procedures, ways of working, and methodologies in line with central guidelines
• Ensure team staffing levels meet both firm and forecasted project workloads
• Build induction and training programs and maintain a team skills matrix
• Deploy industrialization standards, methodologies, and IS tools including PLM, ERP, and MES
• Support product and project industrialization by monitoring deliverables and conducting P-FMEAs
• Provide production support through productivity actions and assistance with first article manufacturing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Process and Manufacturing Engineering
• Proficiency in both English and Turkish (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Technical expertise in process engineering, manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, and lean manufacturing
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or IFS for Bill of Materials and routings
• Familiarity with CAD and PLM tools such as CATIA or DELMIA
• Knowledge of Process FMEA and QRQC methodologies
• Understanding of quality, EHS standards, and ergonomics
