Process/Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization of new production lines and manage equipment introduction using IPROM
• Improve production efficiency regarding machine performance and direct labor
• Design small tools and validate supplier proposals for new equipment or assembly lines
• Define acceptance criteria and perform pre-acceptance and final acceptance of new equipment
• Set up equipment and develop comprehensive process validation plans
• Participate in PFMEA and Control Plan development
• Monitor QCDM and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material, and labor costs
• Lead Lean design workshops and support production technicians through training and problem-solving
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and 5S standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrialization management and equipment introduction
• Expertise in process validation and capability studies
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA and Control Plan participation
• Demonstrated ability to lead Lean design workshops
• Experience in cycle time reduction and manufacturing optimization
• Ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional technical teams
