Process/Manuf Engineering Engineer/Technician

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization of new projects and manage production equipment introduction using IPROM
• Improve production efficiency regarding machine performance and direct labor
• Design small tools and validate supplier proposals for new equipment or assembly lines
• Define acceptance criteria and perform pre-acceptance and final acceptance of new equipment
• Set up equipment and develop comprehensive process validation plans
• Participate in PFMEA and Control Plan development
• Monitor QCDM and implement cycle time reduction to optimize investments and costs
• Support production technicians through training, analysis, and problem-solving
• Lead Lean design workshops and participate in APU QRQC
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and 5S standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrialization management and equipment introduction
• Expertise in process validation and technical reporting
• Strong understanding of PFMEA and Control Plan participation
• Ability to lead Lean design workshops and drive continuous improvement
• Experience with cycle time reduction and production optimization
