About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and implement governance for processes and work instructions across the Business Division
- Identify improvement opportunities and continuously optimize processes and workflows
- Ensure implementation and correct application of new processes and work instructions
- Monitor, evaluate, and further develop processes with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive progress in complex interfaces
- Anchor process governance in close interaction with the overall Business Continuity Management framework
Requirements
- Solid experience with process work, optimization, and implementation
- Experience working with governance, change management, and stakeholder management
- Ability to transform data and insights into targeted actions
- Analytical mindset with an end-to-end holistic approach to processes
- Strong communication skills to create support and collaboration across the organization
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
