About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement governance for processes and work instructions across the Business Division
  • Identify improvement opportunities and continuously optimize processes and workflows
  • Ensure implementation and correct application of new processes and work instructions
  • Monitor, evaluate, and further develop processes with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive progress in complex interfaces
  • Anchor process governance in close interaction with the overall Business Continuity Management framework

  • Solid experience with process work, optimization, and implementation
  • Experience working with governance, change management, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to transform data and insights into targeted actions
  • Analytical mindset with an end-to-end holistic approach to processes
