Process Manager - Master Data Management (Validation & Integration)

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis, validation, and documentation of data flowing from MDM 360 into downstream systems like Snowflake and financial reporting tools.
• Document data flows, field mappings, transformation logic, and maintain the MDM data dictionary.
• Perform data validation checks across MDM golden records, API payloads, batch pipeline outputs, and Snowflake consumption layers.
• Use SQL to query datasets, identify discrepancies, and validate attribute-level accuracy.
• Assist in reconciliation activities between MDM golden records and Snowflake reporting datasets.
• Support requirements gathering by attending workshops, taking structured notes, and assisting in drafting user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Validate API payload structures (JSON) and monitor batch job outcomes using tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Execute UAT test cases, log defects in JIRA, and track issues through to resolution.

Requirements

• Intermediate SQL skills, including the ability to write queries using joins, filters, and aggregations.
• Familiarity with API concepts (REST/JSON) and the ability to interpret payloads.
• Basic exposure to Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts such as completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, JIRA, Confluence, and Postman.
• Strong attention to detail and structured analytical thinking.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in a related analytical role.
• Exposure to banking or financial services data environments.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with data reconciliation tasks in a reporting or analytics context.
• Exposure to Informatica Customer 360 or Reference 360.
