Process Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Single Aisle Major Receiving (SAMR) operations on the night shift (Monday to Thursday, 20:45 – 06:00)
• Drive safety culture and strict compliance while managing team competency and protocols
• Execute on-time, "Right First Time" operations and collaborate across shifts
• Drive continuous improvement and seamless integration of new equipment
• Control operational costs, manage budget compliance, and log disruptions
• Lead and motivate an operational team with a focus on performance management and development

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing operations
• Demonstrable expertise in Health & Safety standards (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, Risk assessment creation, LOLER management, accident investigation)
• Competency with LEAN tools and techniques
• Experience in cost management
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop an operational team
• Ability to work the specified night shift pattern
