Process Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line management for agreed manufacturing processes within Single Aisle Structures or Equipping departments
• Manage daily process performance, including people, machines, materials, methods, and measurement
• Drive continuous improvement across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) metrics
• Ensure the safety and welfare of the team and maintain a safe working environment
• Develop and motivate a capable team through coaching and professional development
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of SQCDP metrics and implement necessary countermeasures

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing operations
• Competency with LEAN tools and techniques
• Experience in cost management
• Proven ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
