Process Manager Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct and legally compliant booking and settlement processes in accounts receivable
• Create, evaluate, and implement booking instructions and train users
• Coordinate and ensure proper year-end closing activities in the accounts receivable area
• Manage and optimize processes in accounts receivable payment transactions, specifically rule maintenance for automatic posting in SAP S/4HANA and R3
• Take process responsibility for accounts receivable, including dunning runs, interest runs, and forms
• Manage and monitor online payment solutions like PayPal and special transfers
• Act as a contact person for process questions for divisions, holdings, and Credit & Receivables departments

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or risk management
• Financial accountant or certified management accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) is an advantage
• Experience in project and process management
• High level of initiative and reliability
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel
