Process Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support daily service operations by validating data accuracy and consistency
• Monitor and improve operational processes across different project stages
• Identify issues in data or processes and contribute practical improvement ideas
• Maintain clear documentation and reliable records for operational excellence
• Consolidate data and assist in building dashboards and reports
• Support cost monitoring and validation to ensure alignment with financial expectations

Requirements

• Currently studying Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• English proficiency at C1 level
• Chinese language skills are a plus
