Process & Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure production availability and perform professional maintenance of equipment in the Pre-Assembly area
• Assess wafer status during equipment failures and manage wafer recovery and documentation
• Execute planned and unplanned maintenance following safety regulations and SPC methods
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service partners to maintain high machine uptime

Requirements

• Completed technical training as an electrician, mechatronics technician, or mechanic
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or a technician/master craftsman degree is preferred
• Very good German and good English language skills
