Process & Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operation of the crushing and screening plant to ensure production efficiency and product quality
• Implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability
• Monitor equipment performance and manage spare parts availability to minimize downtime
• Supervise operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel to ensure effective daily planning
• Maintain a zero-harm environment for all employees, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, site regulations, and production documentation requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 2-5 years of experience in production plants, quarries, crushing plants, or heavy industry environments
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
• Strong commitment to safety and a results-oriented mindset
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
