Process Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive the Hershey Lean program at the Memphis plant by developing and implementing process improvements
• Coach operators and mechanics on executing standards and building technical capabilities
• Implement and sustain TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
• Own centerline and changeover Daily Management Systems to drive operational improvements
• Track and maintain loss data to identify and address top production losses
• Develop standards for line tasks, such as rapid changeovers and production initiatives
• Partner with project engineers to ensure successful system start-ups during design and implementation
• Utilize data collection tools like OSI PI to drive continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• BS degree in engineering or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in an automated manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience working within a TPM environment
• Proficiency with OSI PI, PowerApps, Power BI, or O365 tools
