Process Lead - SAP HCM Time Management

Responsibilities

• Deliver Human Resources services, including responding to Tier 2 enquiries for employees and line managers
• Manage time evaluation error handling, interface error log analysis, and execution
• Perform quota, work schedule, and holiday updates alongside other time administration activities
• Provide project and process support, including participation in global and regional release testing
• Support Time Management projects, M&A, and outsourcing initiatives
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP HR Time, Payroll, and SuccessFactors (SF)
• Act as an interpreter between local payroll/HR contacts and IT vendors
• Manage employee master data in SAP HRMS, including hiring, leaving, salary changes, and cost center updates

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Delivery focusing on Time Management
• Mandatory experience with SAP HRMS modules: OM, PA, PY, and Time
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM
• Strong understanding of the time management landscape, including reporting and approval processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and analysis
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and internal/external communication
• Knowledge of data privacy principles and HR processes
