Process Lead - Logistics

Responsibilities

• Improve logistics KPIs across packaging (inbound/outbound), transport, warehousing, kitting, and internal factory logistics
• Act as the Supply Chain Process Lead for the logistics area to drive continuous improvement
• Establish and lead a collaborating Global IW Supply Chain Community
• Determine and assess opportunities and risks for relevant processes and tools
• Develop and implement state-of-the-art logistics processes
• Serve as Chairman of the Best Practice Team for Logistics
• Document and monitor process-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Act as the primary link with the Division Supply Chain team regarding system and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 7–12 years of relevant work experience in logistics or supply chain
• Ability to visualize processes and solutions effectively and efficiently
• Strong communication skills in English
• Creative mindset with a "can-do" attitude and high level of initiative
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% to various plants
