Process Lead - Enterprise Reporting and Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead the production and maintenance of management accounts and the publishing of monthly results.
• Manage month-end processes, including revenue and expense allocations, ensuring strict adherence to fast close timelines.
• Analyze management results and investigate exceptions to ensure data integrity.
• Liaise with global stakeholders and counterparties to resolve queries pertaining to management results.
• Act as a central approver for CFP COA dimensions and maintain PCMCS allocation rules.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
• Synthesize complex financial and operational data into clear insights for senior leadership and board-level presentations.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of relevant finance experience.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and revenue models.
• Proven experience reviewing and manipulating large volumes of data.
• Strong analytical and investigation skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with experience interacting with global stakeholders and senior finance leaders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Oracle or Smartview.
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase, CFP, or PCMCS.
