Process Lead - Divisional Accounting - Record to Report

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize month, quarter, and year-end management accounts
• Ensure the integrity of accounting data for both P&L and Balance Sheets
• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant production cost information to business unit stakeholders
• Produce forecasts and budgets in alignment with company-wide timetables
• Apply quality and lean principles to drive continuous improvement in management accounting activities
• Work closely with Financial Controllers and key business contacts to deliver high-quality accounting support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an accounting-related field
• Professional qualification such as ICWA, CA, ICWA Inter, or CA Inter
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in management accounting
• Proven expertise in costing, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Experience with Month-End Close (MEC) activities
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of general accounting practices and financial management
