About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects related to new technology development, qualification, yield improvement, and quality KPI improvements
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments and DOEs
  • Utilize statistical analysis software to interpret data and consult with leadership on large-scale changes
  • Troubleshoot issues affecting yield, defects, and electrical performance of products
  • Develop Change Point Management plans
  • Communicate technical information and experimental results through professional presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong statistical analysis skills
  • Basic understanding of unit processes including thin films deposition, lithography, etch, diffusion, wet process, Cu plating, and CMP

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD degree
  • In-depth understanding of Replacement Metal Gate (RMG) module integration
  • Experience with 8, 10, 14, or 28nm process flows
