Process Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure and maintain stock accuracy on the shop floor for raw materials and semi-finished goods
• Perform COGI analysis to identify discrepancies and determine root causes
• Plan, organize, and coordinate cycle counting activities in line with internal procedures
• Lead investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions for stock variances
• Coordinate COGI activities across multiple locations, including plants and subcontractors
• Ensure proper material classification and system updates following engineering changes
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve inventory KPIs
• Perform system adjustments based on validated and approved data

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management
• Strong understanding of inventory processes and data analysis
• SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
