Process Improvement Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects and improvements within Richemont Customer Service (RCS).
• Identify key areas for improvement with stakeholders and define project roadmaps and budget plans.
• Manage projects related to business development, process optimization, performance, and compliance.
• Perform risk controlling regarding time, performance, and quality, implementing necessary countermeasures.
• Develop KPIs to measure success and establish "Best Practices" and standardized processes.
• Advance existing digitalization projects and reporting, including the development of new solutions.
• Develop and evolve Power Platform solutions to support business needs.
• Document projects to ensure continuity, updates, and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Technician or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Professional experience working in an international environment.
• Strong project and organizational management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong knowledge of Power Platform solutions (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Structured working style with the ability to grasp complex organizational structures.
• Fluent English; proficiency in German and French is highly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
