About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to solve business issues through operational and technical solutions.
  • Analyze, document, and map operational processes using workflows to identify improvement opportunities and KPIs.
  • Utilize Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies to define and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between operational and technical teams to translate business needs into high-quality solutions.
  • Develop business cases and ROIs to propose recommendations for senior management approval.
  • Create and drive comprehensive improvement plans to successful completion.
  • Provide process expertise and knowledge transfer to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required (Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience writing requirements for IT projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, DMAIC, or continuous process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in process reengineering lifecycle methodologies and documentation.
  • Ability to lead and manage large-scale change initiatives.
