Process Improvement & Digitalization Growwwer

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives that enhance end-to-end business processes, operational efficiency, and digital transformation across the Group.
• Bridge business and IT functions by providing hands-on exposure to structured process improvement and digital projects.
• Assist in analyzing complex processes and identifying operational inefficiencies.
• Support project execution and prepare materials for workshops and meetings.
• Contribute to the development of digital and analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, IT, Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience or skills in Power BI are considered a significant advantage.
• A systems-minded, digitally fluent problem solver with a data-driven curiosity.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
