About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing detailed process maps, workflows, and documentation to synthesize findings and develop recommendations.
  • Partner with project team members to interview stakeholders and analyze business process documents to identify key opportunities.
  • Lead one or more projects by demonstrating leadership through influence and enhancing organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with teams to build hypothesis sets, analyses, and roadmaps while identifying and escalating potential roadblocks.
  • Analyze key business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation using data analytics.
  • Contribute to the testing and deployment of new process tools and technologies.
  • Leverage LLM suites and other AI tools to enhance service delivery and product evolution.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data analytics with experience interpreting models and diagrams to communicate data requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability in storytelling to effectively convey complex ideas and data to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with diverse teams with varied backgrounds and skill sets.
  • Capability to use AI tools such as LLM suites and Copilot, including reasoning, planning, and safe human-AI interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional client management skills.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and manage workstreams.
  • Experience creating written and verbal presentations tailored for senior executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to utilize systems thinking to analyze complex processes for optimization.
  • Application of customer service principles to ensure process improvements align with user needs.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration to implement improvements across departments.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies to iteratively develop and refine process improvements.
