Process Expert Bolt Tensioning

Responsibilities

• Act as the global manufacturing technology owner and subject matter expert for the bolt tensioning knowledge domain
• Own manufacturing technology standards and drive continuous improvements through best practice team leadership
• Serve as the single point of contact for cross-departmental developments from Manufacturing Readiness Level 1 up to 9
• Support global operations by providing expert training and acting as the final escalation level for technical issues
• Ensure efficient and effective cross-plant cooperation to standardize processes

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in related technology content
• Proven experience in a matrix team lead role
• In-depth knowledge of operational processes
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel approximately 5 times per year
