Process Excellence Teamleader

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Process Excellence projects to improve cost, quality, productivity, and service
• Promote a safe workplace and 5S culture through audits and continuous improvement activities
• Analyze, map, and optimize business processes and support SOP standardization
• Drive performance improvement through KPI management and visual management
• Implement improvement opportunities using Lean methodologies, Kaizen events, and structured problem-solving
• Partner with Finance to validate and track realized business benefits and savings
• Coach and develop direct team members while providing day-to-day leadership and performance management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and align improvement approaches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Chemistry, Operations, or a related field
• C1/C2 German language proficiency
• Experience leading continuous improvement in technical, manufacturing, laboratory, or supply chain environments
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership experience in coaching and performance management
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Operational Excellence methodologies
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events and root cause analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
