Process Excellence Manager - Corporate Travel

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the GRACE global travel platform in Canada, from initial configuration to stabilization.
• Act as the central project administrator, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
• Design practical travel processes, including workflows for bookings, approvals, expenses, and reporting.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and a centralized documentation repository.
• Serve as the operational backup for the Corporate Travel Coordinator to gain hands-on understanding of daily travel operations and friction points.
• Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, IT, Procurement) and external partners to ensure seamless deployment.
• Document the Canadian configuration to serve as a scalable foundation for global expansion within other MSC agencies.

Requirements

• Solid experience in operations, process improvement, project coordination, or system implementation roles.
• Proven experience supporting or leading the implementation of new systems (e.g., travel tools, ERP, or similar platforms).
• Highly organized with a natural ability to bring structure, clarity, and rigor to project tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance strategic design with detailed execution.
• Comfort working in a high-pressure, fast-paced corporate travel environment.
