Process Excellence and Oversight Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and maintenance of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) on Process Strategy to ensure standardization and consistency in process design.
• Provide technical and operational advice to Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to develop efficient, end-to-end processes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to design processes through mapping and matrix exercises, ensuring governance requirements are integrated into written standards.
• Identify risks and gaps and implement mitigation activities for the continuous improvement of the R&D Enterprise Platform.
• Lead strategic discussions to ensure compliance and appropriate documentation are maintained during business process changes.
• Represent the company in trade organizations and participate in industry benchmarking to influence regulatory standards.
• Oversee process excellence and strategy in collaboration with the leadership team, including QPPV.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent field.
• Strong knowledge of Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Development legislation.
• Proven experience in project management and setting up complex initiatives.
• Solid understanding of governance systems and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to drive process strategy and improvement initiatives in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of non-medicinal vigilance (cosmetovigilance, materiovigilance, and nutrivigilance).
• Experience with Clinical Operations and Regulatory Affairs regulations and best practices.
