Process Equipment Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a multi-skill process equipment maintenance team of technicians
• Oversee day-to-day routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production area equipment
• Participate in new equipment specifications, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and site acceptance tests (SAT)
• Manage professional serialization, aggregation, and advanced automated systems configuration
• Prepare and execute documented maintenance work plans, SOPs, and planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
• Conduct risk-based maintenance assessments and maintain CDA and PM plans
• Manage spare parts inventory, including GxP spares, and oversee ordering and receipt
• Investigate and document root causes of breakdowns using structured problem-solving (5W1H, 5Why, Fishbone, CAPA)

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Packaging industry
• At least 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience
• At least 2 years of experience supervising a technical team in Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors
• Proven knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment (mechanical, electrical, electronic controls, hydraulics, data management)
• Strong supervisory, problem-solving, and communication skills
