Process Equipment Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of process equipment, including selection, design confirmation, procurement, installation, commissioning, and validation.
• Develop and execute equipment inspection and maintenance plans based on production schedules to ensure high quality and quantity of output.
• Coordinate resources and lead emergency repair efforts across departments.
• Establish, revise, and manage SOPs and process documentation in strict accordance with GMP requirements.
• Oversee equipment coding, asset management, documentation, and the management of spare parts and calibration.
• Lead safety initiatives related to process equipment to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Manage team development, including training and professional growth plans for team members.
• Participate in new facility construction projects and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Pharmaceutical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years of experience in team management.
• Proven experience in equipment lifecycle management within a GMP environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Professional proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with new pharmaceutical projects, specifically "from 0 to 1" project implementation.
