Process Equipment Maintenance Specialist III

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex problems, complete emergency repairs, and guide staff in implementing repairs
• Maintain equipment in a use-ready and compliant state, including lyophilizers, PLC, SCADA, HMI, clean steam, WFI, autoclaves, and depy ovens
• Monitor, respond to, and correct issues generating equipment alarms
• Provide recommendations for and implement equipment upgrades and improvements
• Author, review, and update maintenance procedures, forms, and CMMS documentation
• Travel between facilities to support all functional areas as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a cGMP environment
• Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and understand complex equipment schematics
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, servos, and safety circuits
• Strong working knowledge of GMP, aseptic techniques, and laboratory compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with aseptic filling operations
